Accessing the Admin Web Portal

All administrator tasks are performed from the admin portal. The admin portal is a web-based application that runs on any device (mobile phone, tablet, or PC) running a browser.

Open web browser and navigate to pbx.VOIPx3.com

Resetting a Password

  1. On the menu bar, click USER
  2. Click the name of the user that needs a password change
  3. Scroll down to the Change Password section, and then enter a new numeric password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
  4. Click Save .

Replacing Employees

  1. On the menu bar, click USER
  2. Click the name of the user being replaced.
  3. Change the name, department, email address, and password, as appropriate, and then click Save .
  4. To reset the mailbox for the new employee, click the Voicemail tab, scroll down to the Data section, click Clear Data followed by Yes at the confirmation prompt, and then click Save .

Moving a Phone

  1. On the menu bar, click INVENTORY
  2. Click the Phone Hardware tab.
  3. Click the MAC address of the appropriate phone.
  4. In the pop-up window, reassign the extensions, and then click Save .

Changing Open Hours

  1. On the menu bar, click USER
  2. Click the name of the user being replaced.
  3. Change the name, department, email address, and password, as appropriate, and then click Save .
  4. To reset the mailbox for the new employee, click the Voicemail tab, scroll down to the Data section, click Clear Data followed by Yes at the confirmation prompt, and then click Save .

Setting New Holidays

  1. On the menu bar, click USER
  2. Click the name of the user being replaced.
  3. Change the name, department, email address, and password, as appropriate, and then click Save .
  4. To reset the mailbox for the new employee, click the Voicemail tab, scroll down to the Data section, click Clear Data followed by Yes at the confirmation prompt, and then click Save .

Connect Phone to Wi-Fi

Steps to Activate WiFi on Yealink IP phones:


1. Press the Menu button on your Yealink phone.

  · Use the arrow keys to scroll to Settings and press OK.

  · Use the arrow keys to scroll to Basic Settings and press OK.

  · Use the arrow keys to scroll to Wi-Fi and press OK.

  · Press Switch to turn Wi-Fi to On.

  · Once WiFi is On, use the arrow keys to scroll to Available Networks and press OK.

  · The phone will scan and display available WiFi networks.

  · Use the arrow keys to highlight your WiFi network and press OK.

  · Enter the WiFi password using the keypad.

    the "ABC" key is used to switch between entering numbers and letters when setting up WiFi

  · Press Connect . Once connected, your WiFI network will appear with “check mark”


2. Verify Connection:

  · Once connected, the WiFi icon should appear on the phone’s screen.

  · To check the connection, go to Menu > Status. 

   If phone displays an IP address, it’s connected to your Wi-Fi network and ready to make calls.
