Conference Calling

  

Conference Call Instructions


Step 1: Schedule Your Conference Call

  1. Log in to your conference call platform:
    Access your VOIPx3 conference call service through the web portal at pbx.voipx3.com
  2. Set Participant PIN and conference Options:
    Use the Options feature to Require a Leader to start, Announce participant arrivals/departures, and Prompting participants for names.
  3. Distribute the conference details:
    Once scheduled, share the call-in number, PIN, and any other relevant details with all participants.

  

Step 2: Joining the Conference Call

  1. Dial the Conference Call Number:
    At the scheduled time, dial the conference call number provided.
  2. Enter the PIN:
    After dialing, you’ll be prompted to enter the access PIN. Type in the PIN provided to you and press the # key.
  3. Join the Conference:
    Once the PIN is accepted, you’ll be connected to the conference call. Wait      until the host starts the call or other participants join.

    

Reminder: Test Your Access

To ensure a smooth experience during your conference call, please take a moment to test the call-in number and PIN in advance:

  1. Dial the call-in number:
    Confirm that the number connects correctly.
  2. Enter the access PIN:
    Ensure the PIN is accepted and you’re able to access the conference.

Fax by Email

  

Sending an Outbound Fax by Email

Using an email client like MS Outlook, you can send your fax to any 11-digit US number using the format DID@instant-fax.com (e.g. 12033045246@instant-fax.com).


Receiving Inbound Fax by Email

Received faxes will be automatically sent to the email address(s) you provided. 


Receiving Fax Notifications by Email

From your VOIPx3 Customer Portal, go to the Voicemail tab of the user, select the notification method you wish to use, similar to the style you prefer for Voicemail notifications. 

  

Requirements

Provide VOIPx3 with 1 one unique email for your PBX User account. The fax will fail if our systems detects that the email address you are faxing from is assigned to more than one PBX User.
