2. If you continue to encounter issues and think that your device might need a replacement, prepare the device's Serial Number or MAC address. The Serial Number or MAC address sticker is located on the lower back portion of the phone which is an alphanumeric string.
Below are samples of Serial Numbers/ Mac Addresses on devices:
Cisco phones have a different Serial Number and MAC Address. You will need to take note of the MAC Address for Cisco phones.
Polycom phones have the same Serial Number and MAC Address.
Yealink phones have a different Serial Number and MAC Address. You will need to take note of the MAC Address for Yealink phones.
3. When you have the following information on hand, contact VOIPx3 Customer Support to assist you with determining if your device/equipment, e.g., phone. needs a replacement.
